Gold.

Did we have fun at Patras? Sure we did!
I dare to say that this was our best show so far, even though the sound could be way better. No problem, we are a punk band after all, we can live with this! Thank you to George for everything, it really means a lot to us. And extra thanks to all our friends from Athens & Patras that showed up. We won't forget this.

So, here you have 2 posters of our upcoming shows.
We are working a bit on more shows, so stay in touch and you may read some good news in the following days.
December will be hot for us. 3 shows (or maybe one more, who knows...!) in Volos, Agrinio and Athens are waiting for us. Do we feel blessed? Yeap, I can assure you.
Friday 10th December we are sharing Riot Squat's (Volos) stage along with Green Goblins and Against All Odds.
Saturday 11th December we'll wreck En Plw's (Agrinio) stage along with the fellow musicians called Bandage. You'll get the poster anytime soon.
Friday 17th December we will proudly perform our songs at the Positively Negative Hardcore Fest 4 (AN Club, Athens).
More shows coming in January...
So, let's get back to nowadays! We'll taking a bit of a break these weeks, since our bassist is studyin' hard for an important exam he is about to take in London next week, while our vocalist is almost dead after the Deathbed tour and he still needs to work for a local show tomorrow. Both vocalist & bassist will be abroad next week, so no rehearsals for a while. F. (our guitarist) is workin' on the new issue of Take Your Shot fanzine; he promised that he'll have copies in our upcoming shows, let' see. And what about our drummer? Hmm... You know, noone cares about drummers in general, but we do; we love this guy, haha. He's currently occupied with broken relationships, football teams and PC networks, as far as I know...

Did I tell you that we are gonna have our first T-shirt, as well? Yeap, be patient, we are working on it.
My Turn apparel coming soon, haha.

That's all. Take good care of yourselves.

Birds of a coming storm.

The show in Larissa was awesome, thanks a lot to everyone that made us feel like home.
Although we were a bit stressed because our vocalist was working at 6 o'clock the following morning, while the rest of us were dizzy by the heavy metal tunes we're listening on the way to Larissa from Athens, we all had fun and gave our best. Or I guess so...
Tomorrow we're playing at Patras, sharing the stage with the mighty Deathbed (Finland), I Want You Dead, Boktorva B.H.Q. and Muerte De La Pega. The show will take place in University of Patras and will start at 21.00 (sharp).
It'd be really awesome if you come and join us. Hangin' out with old friends and meeting new ones is the best for a hardcore band like My Turn.
Take care of yourselves.

P.S. The presale for the Positively Negative Hardcore Fest # 4 started. We are a part of this, as well.

We'll upload the poster (along with the Volos show poster) in the following days.

Larissa.

We have a show in Larissa tomorrow.
Time for a road trip again; we missed those moments.
Show up and have some fun.
And buy tapes / CDRs, make us rich. Oops!

MT on the road.

Hey fellows,
Here you get the posters of our next 2 shows in Larissa & Patras, respectively.
We are definitely psyched about them.
Playin' live is one of the most lifesaving things for us.
Hope to meet you there.
Stay focused.

Athens

So, the show in Athens was adventurous, at least.
It won't make any sense to write down what happened after Eternal Hated finished their soundcheck (that was around 19.30), but eventually the show got moved (and saved) to another club (called Glam or Rainbow or whatever) the last minute, literally.
After all, we had 20 minutes to play our set, with no soundcheck at all, our singer running to the club just before we played the first chords and people wondering what the fuck it was happening.
We started with 'Can't tell no one', hypothetically serving the purpose of a checking our sound (sic), and then we managed to play all our 6/7 songs, plus the Gorilla Biscuits cover featuring a special guest in harmonica!
All in all, it wasn't even close to what we expected for our first show in Athens. We had some fun, though.
Nevermind, fuck it.
See you next time (17.12).

P.S. Thanks to all the kids that showed up, supported us and bought our demo. 40 CDRs sold out in 5 days, no bad at all. We're doing a 2nd pressing of 40 more CDRs, that will be available in the next days. We still have tapes available, though.
P.S.2 The Volos show is 100% confirmed for Friday 10th December; we're sharing the stage with Against All Odds and Green Goblins. We are trying to find a show in Thessaloniki for 11th December, as well, or else we'll find another city to trash up, no worries.

S.'s time

Our bassist S. (an amateur photographer) took some amazing and some not so good pictures during our trip in Sofia. I write 'some', because the cigarette / extension in his hand didn't allow them to take 'many'.
Moreover, he wants to add some more info in the report I posted yesternight (sic).
-Niki's friends are: Billy, Ljubo and Chris.
-He is in love with the tattooed hardcore girl from Sofia.
-The Montana guy 'drink, drink, drink' should be mentioned among the highlights.

1600km

Woah, Sofia was an amazing experience.
A big thanks goes to Alex LH and Martjin NTB for giving us the chance to join this awesome show, Nick Those Days for all the hospitality, Niki for being our host (& his friends, I cannot remember names, sorry...) and Nikolakis EH for letting us sleep in his house in Thessaloniki, and feeding us with vegan cake and hot tea.
Our trip started in Friday evening; after a fucking traffic jam in the national road, we managed to exit Athens at 18.00 and entered Thessaloniki at 22.30. The rest is history.
We got back in Athens late at Sunday night. More than 1600km in 2 days, not bad at all.

Highlights / inside jokes:
'Psile sentra' at Rotonta Sq.
22os | sandwich / souvlaki argument
Amfilegomenos / Amfisvitoumenos / Dubious
Plovdiv (in general)
Vegan straight edge hip hop group / F.'s dream
S.'s whistle
Ford Focus' broken bumper
Art Hostel's employee (24hr zombie)
Bilkova (only A. & S. know, the other 2 were sleeping)
Karafaki fasi / Katerini / F. dancing

So, it's time for our 2nd show / 1st in Athens.
27th Oct. is the night (that means tomorrow or even today).
Show up @ Mad Club, we're playing 1st, around 21.15.

Don't forget to grab our CDRs and tapes, while you are there.
Btw, our tape was just released. I burned my head burning tapes all day and all night.
The CDR is limited to 40 copies (20 already gone) and the tape in 60 copies (yellow C32 tape).
Here's the tape's cover, thanks to Ultra Grim Disign:

That's all.
Cya soon.
